What is the circular economy?

The circular economy means preventing virgin material from entering the manufacturing cycle. And to that end, we offer our customers, whether brands, distribution chains or large surfaces, the possibility of working on a circular economy models based on sustainable yarns and different possibilities.

1 | RAW MATERIALS

Two origins: on the one hand we take advantage of the fabric cuts and re-convert them into fiber, sorting according to colors and composition (PRE CONSUMER) and on the other, we use used garments also classifying them according to color and composition, from which the non-components are extracted Recyclable (buttons, zippers … etc) and the recyclable part becomes fiber (POST CONSUMER).

2| YARN

This process transforms the fiber into thread: several short fibers are twisted at the same time and joined together producing a continuous thread, when long filaments are twisted, more resistant threads are obtained: spinning. The way of spinning and obtaining the yarns influences the texture of the fabric.

3| WEAVING

In this part the threads are interwoven at the corresponding angles so that we obtain the fabrics.

4| CONFECTION

After a previous phase of design (pattern, cut …) we go to the garment, where it is shaped and finished to the items designed using fabrics and other components.

5| SALE

At this point in the chain, the garment already made is available to the final consumer for purchase.

6| RECOLECTION

This point makes the circular economy process possible. The consumer who has bought the garment, leaves it in specific clothing collection containers and we are in charge of classifying the garments according to the composition of the fabric and the color of it. And we started the process to make a new garment.

PROYECTOS DE DIGITALIZACIÓN DE PYME (DIGITALIZA-CV)

El proyecto “DIGITALIZACIÓN PROCESOS: INTEGRACIÓN ERP/CRM/SGA” de la empresa R. BELDA LLORÉNS, S.A., con número de expediente IMDIGA/2021/435, ha sido beneficiario de una ayuda de 50.142,30 euros, permitiendo la implementación de PLC y tres softwares ERP, CRM y SGA para la gestión integrada de procesos flexibles y automatizados en los departamentos de administración, fabricación, logística y marketing.

AYUDA INVERSIÓN INDUSTRIAL 2021

El proyecto “INVERSIÓN INDUSTRIAL 2021” de R. BELDA LLORENS, S.A. con número de expediente INPYME/2021/182, ha sido beneficiario de una ayuda de 157.500,00 euros concedida por la Conselleria de Economía Sostenible, Sectores Productivos, Comercio y Trabajo, a través del Programa de ayudas para mejorar la competitividad y sostenibilidad de las pymes industriales de los sectores de la Comunitat Valenciana del calzado, cerámico, metal-mecánico, textil, juguete, mármol-piedra natural y áridos, madera-mueble e iluminación, químico, automoción, plástico, envases y embalaje, productos infantiles, papel y artes gráficas, valorización de residuos y los sectores emergentes de la biotecnología y la producción de video-juegos.

R. BELDA LLORENS,S.A. ha obtenido financiación a través del Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial – CDTI para el desarrollo del proyecto “HILADO DE FIBRA CORTADA CON PROPIEDADES ANTIBACTERIANAS Y ANTIVÍRICAS PARA PROTECCIÓN ANTE EL COVID 19”, cofinanciado por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional – FEDER, a través del Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España 2014-2020.

El principal objetivo del proyecto ha sido el desarrollo de hilados de fibra cortado funcionalizados con agentes antivíricos y antibacterianos con una alta solidez al lavado para la fabricación de tejidos destinados al menaje hospitalario.

AYUDA AGENCIA VALENCIANA DE INNOVACIÓN
El proyecto “INVESTIGACIÓN Y DESARROLLO DE UN MODELO ECONÓMICO BASADO EN LA REVALORIZACIÓN DE RESIDUOS TEXTILES MULTICOMPOSICIÓN PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE SOLUCIONES TÉCNICAS CON APLICACIÓN EN EL SECTOR HÁBITAT” de R. BELDA LLORÉNS, S.A. con número de expediente INNCAD/2022/145, ha sido beneficiario de una ayuda concedida por la Agencia Valenciana de la Innovación – AVI, a través del programa de ayudas en materia de fortalecimiento y desarrollo del Sistema Valenciano de Innovación para la mejora del modelo productivo para el ejercicio 2022-2024.

Descripción:
El objetivo principal del proyecto es la investigación y desarrollo de materiales reciclados a partir de residuos textiles multicomposición.

Descripción:
El principal objetivo del proyecto ha sido el desarrollo de hilados reciclados multicomposición a partir de fibras recuperadas de residuos textiles pre- y posconsumo y posindustrial, destinados a textil-hogar y moda.
